Return & Refund Policy – Arabroma

At Arabroma, we take great pride in the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items beyond the 30-day period.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used perfumes or fragrance oils
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Gift cards or digital/downloadable products
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Personal care items classified as hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Partial Refunds May Be Granted If:

  • The product is not in its original condition or packaging
  • Items are missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • The return request is made after the 30-day window

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If a refund is granted, return shipping costs may be deducted from the total amount

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account or payment method
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time to process
  3. Contact your bank for any pending transactions

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To initiate an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@arabroma.com with your order details and photos, if applicable.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item
  • Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you

If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver, we will issue a refund directly to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

To return your item, please contact us at info@arabroma.com to request the return shipping address and authorization.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
